As we prerpair to expand our trail properties we will be selling two of our previous weekend rentals.
This is a spacious property that comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, linens, towels, full kitchen and utensils, 2 living rooms, a 2 car garage and a fenced in yard. Its located just 3 minutes from town and less than 5 minutes from the Little Sahara dunes. Additional air beds and sleeping bags are welcome and recomended for large groups.
This yard is right outstide the back door, so it is great for watching the children play or for a relaxing picnic or barbeque. The center post lighting allows for evening activities.
Sip a cup of hot coffee and watch the sun rise over the panoramic view of the countryside on this spacious front porch. It's a great way to start the day.
Bring your pets along, they will love playing in this huge fenced in yard! There is ample room for two motor homes, campers, toy haulers or vehicle trailers in the driveway. Low power usage can be plugged into the garage for your campers. The two car garage and workshop area allow for any last minute repairs on the OHV's during your stay. No oil changes please. Pet occupancy in the house requires an additional deposit.
This large west-facing living area takes in the afternoon sun with a warm ambiance you will enjoy after your day's adventures. The spanish doorway and comfortable setting makes entertaining your guests a pleasure. If you need additional sleeping quarters, both living areas allow for several air beds or sleeping bags.
The spacious east-facing livingroom takes in the morning sunlight and provides a wonderfull recieving area for guests. The hardwood floors reflect the historic design of the town and compliment the home's natural ambiance.
The dining room includes a large antique table with six chairs positioned over a hardwood floor. An additional dining room table with chairs is provided to accomodate large groups.
The kitchen amenities: gas stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator provide the comforts of home. There is even a washer and dryer available if you choose to pack less clothing and do some laundry during your stay. Pots, pans, bowls, baking pans, dishes, cutting board, utensils, cups, glasses, coffee pot, toaster, blender and microwave oven are provided to make cooking a meal a snap.
This unique property has no neighbors to the east allowing for a wonderful view of the farmlands in the distance. This entry also provides additional parking for your group. Please remember there is no ATV trail access from this property. However we do have a solution, give us a call for details.
