Green Acres

This unique 10 acre rental property comes with all that you see with the exception of the center Advantage Property Rentals work shop. The farm house on the left is the living quarters with two additional garages hidden behind the trees to the left. Currently, the barn may be open to country events such as barn dances, etc.

Note: We suggest you bring additional air beds and sleeping bags for large groups.

This farm home has all the emenities for you and your guests to relax in comfort.

The fenced in yard allows your pets the fredom to run loose in a protected area.

Your wide open spaces provide a wonderful view of the country side with out residential obstructions. While walking the property you will find some reminence of what it was like to run the farm years ago. You might even find a cow or two.

The out building will provide a safe haven for your off road toys. Both available storage areas provide an ample amount of room to store your vehicle while venturing into town. Need to turn a wrench or two before hitting the dunes...no problem. These buildings provide the perfect area for repairs. No oil spills please.

The old barn aint what she used to be but were woring on it. Once restored, this location will make for an great gathering place for mid sized events such as a good old barn dance or team event.

While this building to the right is off limits to vacationing guests, we can provide light repairs if staff is on hand to help. You will need to make arrangements in advance.

This 10 acre farm stretches fiacres to the east and 5 acres to the west with road aces along the entire property. After October 1, 2006, we will open the rest of the property up to larger RV gatherings.
