Mary has been in the property management field for over 15 years and strives to keep in tune with what her clients expect. She has had extensive property management experience in both San Antonio, Texas and Denver, Colorado and currently has nearly 250 apartments under her management expertise. Mary sees her role as a property owner to be supportive of the local community and accomodating to the traveler looking for that hidden treasure off the beaten path.
Dan has been involved with off-road recreation for over 35 years with travels including 8 states and two countries. In addition to a 15 year corporate teleconferencing background, Dan is on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Off Highway Vehicle Coalition (COHVCO), CO State "Stay the Trail" steering committee, was a licensed ATV Safety Instructor for over 5 years and founded two of Colorado's largest ATV clubs. In addition, he is an off-highway Journalist providing stories to both ATV Rider and Sand Sports Magazines. As you can imagine, the Little Sahara has been in several of his stories. Dan has participated with the Waynoka Mayor and local residents to form Oklahoma's first Trail Patrol currently active on Waynoka's new ATV trail leading from the sand dunes to the city of Waynoka.The patrol was based on the United 4 Wheel Drive Association Trail Patrol
